On the docket for the lease the name William is crossed through and replaced with the name Elizabeth and the date has been changed from 1773 to 1783. There are further alterations on the lease itself and so it acts as a draft for the lease to Elizabeth dated 1783 [see MCAD/4/1/5/1].
