At the foot of p. 4: "No. 8, Camberwell Green, Le [14] Novembre 1839" (the "14" supplied in MS). With MS signature it the foot of p.4: “Charles Louis, Duc de Normandie”. This name was also used by Naundorff.

Watts writes that he understands from Mr Wakeman of Dublin that Cooke would undertake a plate for the luxury volume of the Literary Souvenir. Asks whether it would be possible to confirm whether he would be willing to do this and if so, when Watts may have the pleasure of an interview with Cooke.
