Photograph album with a carved wooden cover depicting an eagle and goat. The inscription on the inside of the front cover reads: 'Present from Lucerne, France - Bell, Springfield Dukes, August 1877".
Contains a carte de visite of the Magdalene College Coat of Arms on the first page followed by a further 96 carte de visite sized portraits. Many are of undergraduates (1873-1876) and some are labelled with their names and College, and there are also women and older people. There are also 6 cabinet card size portraits.
