On the first pages it says 'Mr Waterland Steward' [Daniel Waterland was Master of the College at this time].

Gives a list of members of the College in order of seniority - Master and Fellows, Fellow Commoners, scholars, and sizars.
Next to each name is the amount owed for Buttery, Commons, Punishments, Festivals, Gates.

At the end is a list of totals for:
Pane, Portus, Increment, Poor, Prom

At the back of the book is a page giving amounts owed for other items including:
Tables, Rent, Catechist, Utensils, Scavenger
Also extra notes on amounts owed to and by various Fellows.
