Scope and content

Programme for the Ball which was held on 11 June 1975.

The donor of the programme said that a double ticket cost £20 which was marginally more than "our great rival, Trinity". Trinity had a disaster with their headline act, Pink Floyd, pulling out on the morning of the ball which meant Magdalene's headline act, Mungo Jerry 'stole their thunder' having just released their number one hit In the summertime.

Tatler magazine attended the Ball and featured it in its monthly publication.
