1948-1954
One black and white photograph for each year of the Master, Fellows and first year undergraduates.
1955-1966
Two annual photographs were taken of first year undergraduates. One with the Master and Fellows and the other was a 'Matriculation' record.
1967-1974 inclusive
There are no photographs due to the unwillingness of the undergraduates to submit to this exercise.
1975-1992
Colour 'matriculation' photographs with women making an appearance for the first time in 1988.
For the year 1948-1966 a key of undergraduate names was prepared by the Master although the Fellows names were not filed in as you were supposed to know them.
From 1975 typed names are given for each photograph.
1963 photograph - names of Fellows seated on the front row, from left to right:
Short (3), Dwight (4), Hyam (5), Stevens (6), Ladborough (7), Hughes (8), Scott (10), Babbage (14), Lewis (16), Saunders (17), Roberts (18), Pugh (19) Burnet (20), Garrett (21), the Chaplain (22 Revd E.R. Whalley), R.F. Bennett (23) and the master is no. 12.
