Received (the 15th day of October 1794) of the Master Fellows Scholars of Magdalen College by Mr Alderman Purchas for one years Quit Rent issuing of a freehold messuage in St Clements parish in Cambridge called the White Bull where the courts for the said manor have usually been held.

Due to the Right Honourable the Lord Sandys, in behalf of his said Manor, at Michaelmas last.
