Inserted loose is a printed sheet of the rules of the Amalgamation Club which also sets out the colours for each club.
The volume only contains minutes for two meetings - those held on 13 October 1938 and 23 January 1939.

Printed annual balance sheets for the Amalgamation Club, 1890 - 1907 [missing 1902], 1913-14, 1918-19, 1919-20. Also hand written statement of receipts and expenses in connection with the new ground from the date of purchase up to 23 September 1911 and a list of subscriptions gathered giving name and amount.
Contains a Revenue Account and then separate accounts for the Boat Club; Athletics Club; Magazine Account; Cricket Club; Football Club; Reading Room; Lawn Tennis; and the Hockey Club.
A.S. Ramsey was the Treasurer.
Contains an Income and Expenditure Account, a Ground Account and then separate accounts for the Boat Club; Football Club; Hockey Club; Cricket Club; Lawn Tennis; Reading Room; Fives and Squash 1931-1940 and 1947-1950.
These were left in the Reading Room so members of College could make there suggestions and comments. They covered all aspects of College life. Suggestions are on one page with comments on the facing page made by the Honorary General Secretary.

With these are the printed rules of the Undergraduates' Kitchen Committee which consisted of six members two from each year to be elected by the whole College. In manuscript at the top of the page is written "Committee 1911-12 C. E. Kindersley, F. Ritson, A. E. Collier, B. Tinker".
Letters from V. Vernon-Jones [20 January 1901], S. A. Donaldson [2 May 1905], and A. C. Benson [5 May 1905] accepting honorary membership of the Amalgamated Club. One letter from Selina Gill [mother of W. A. Gill (Fellow), founder of the Club], acknowledging condolences on his death.
A volume giving a full report on the Poppy Day fundraising events to help future organisers. Includes black and white photographs.
16 small black and white photographs and negatives in the original Kodak Wallet of Rag Day 1951 and the Poppy Day events, c. 1952 or 1953.
