Transcript
Cloan, Auchterarder, Perthshire
My dear Mrs Inge,
Thank you for the kindest of letters.
I am pretty feeble, but shall, as far as I can see, gradually build up strength again. It may take a little time.
Yours sincerely,
Haldane
Letter written from 104 Harley Street, London to Mrs Inge consisting of a poem turning down her invitation as he was otherwise engaged. Signed 'H.A.S.'
