'Allen Townsend' is written on the first page along with pen trials.
Buttery book recording weekly totals spent by each member of College on sizings (food bought from the buttery in addition to their commons). The volumes list the members of College in order of seniority followed by a total amount spent.
At the bottom of each page are totals for:
pane, potu, incre, poore and prom.
At the back of the volume are accounts for September 1684 to June 1686 for the amounts that remain in ale and beer.
