Parties: (1) Hudson's Cambridge & Pampisford Breweries Limited, (2) Albert James Osbourne and Henry Osbourne (milkmen)

Agreement to hire the house lately known as the Brewery Tap from 29 September 1909
Rent: £8 15s 0d per quarter

Folded up with the agreement is a letter from Hudson's to Albert James Osbourne and Henry Osbourne, dated 18 June 1914 giving provisional notice to quit as they did not consider that the rent they were paying was sufficient for the premises as a considerable amount had been spent on new drains to comply with regulations of the Sanitary Authorities for their business as milkmen.
