For each quarter there is a total amount owed weekly by each member of College.

At the back of the book are lists of names and amounts under the headings:
Commencement Money, and College Incomes.

At a meeting of the Governing Body, 14 December 1816, it was agreed that the items of catechist, utensils, cook, candles and lamps, and scavenger which had been omitted since 1783 should again be included in the Steward's Book [College Order Book, MCGB/4/2/1].
